I write this letter in recommendation of Kasteel Construction. I worked as architect of record on two large scale restaurant projects for Antico Pizza in the Atlanta area. The projects are located at Avalon in Alpharetta, GA and The Battery at the Atlanta Braves Suntrust Park. Both projects are located in mixed use developments that required strict adherence to developer rules and regulations.
I found the owner, Chad Muilenburg, and his crew to be extremely professional and diligent in their work. The work was performed with the highest quality, and he chose and managed his subcontractors well. Chad excels in communication and kept all parties involved in the projects informed of the progress of the work. Any issues were quickly resolved, and Chad did an excellent job of maintaining the project schedule. The projects were completed on time and with care. It is Kasteel’s attention to detail and prompt response time that made these projects successful.
