Chad has been in commercial and residential construction for over 25 years. He started Kasteel in 2004 with a vision to provide his customers with a superior building experience from start to finish. Team management and motivation are skills that began to be molded as a football player for Auburn University where he was voted team captain and received the Cliff Hare Award, the highest honor an Auburn athlete can be awarded based on academic achievements, sportsmanship, social participation and integrity. Chad enjoys spending his free time outdoors and can usually be found in the woods with his dogs cutting up a fallen tree or making trails near the lake behind his house. Chad and his wife Tiffany have four children.

Tiffany works to insure that office mechanics work smoothly from accounting, state compliance, insurance and human resources. She and Chad have four children to keep them busy. She enjoys spending time with her family, upcycling fun finds and curling up with a good book.
